How do I get to Tignes by train?
If you’re travelling from the UK, you’ll first need to leave from London and take the famous Eurostar, which connects England to Europe and runs directly to France. In winter, you should then take the Eurostar Snow Train to Bourg-Saint-Maurice station. From there, it’s just a 30km drive to Tignes.
The final leg of the journey must be made by road: either by car (car hire, taxi) or by taking the Altibus shuttle, which runs to Tignes several times a day during peak season.
