Tignes ski area open until 8 may 2022*

Here are the ski lifts that should be open from May 2nd to 8th, depending on the snow conditions: Grande Motte cable car, Funicular, Tichot, Gratallu, Merles, Replat, Palafour, Tufs, Bollin, Tovière, Lavachet, Centre magic carpet, Claret magic carpet
The pistes open for the week of 2 to 8 May 2022, depending on the snow conditions: Rosset, Lavachet, Johan clarey, crocus, Henri, bollin, boïu, cafo, bas de prariond, genepi, rabotch, cairn, glacier, descente, rimaye, dahu, face, double M, circe, carline, grattalu, mur, lac, merles, haut gentiane, anémone, lys.
The Grande Motte glacier is due to open on October 17th.
The rest of the ski area will open gradually depending on snow falls, allowing you to ski from 3.456 m (top of the Grande Motte cable car) down to 1.550m (Tignes le Brevières village).
During peak season enjoy more than 300 kms of pistes in the linked ski area of Tignes / Val d'Isère!

Tignes welcomes you as you begin your journey to learn to ski or snowboard. The "1, 2, 3… Ski Start!" programme was designed to help you learn by yourself or with the help of a professional, safely and calmly in specially created learning zones.
A cross-country ski loop is drawn around Lac de Tignes, between Val Claret and Tignes le Lac. It will allow beginners to discover this practice in a magnificent setting and the more experienced to work on their cardio with a series of climbs and descents at the foot of the Tuffs at 2100m altitude!
