Every summer, in August, Tignes hosts its must-see Fête du Lac. Mark your calendars!

Lake Tignes Celebrates
Entertainment, festivities, food, and refreshments… On 13 August, it’s all happening at the Lake! Plenty of activities for the whole family during the day, followed by dinner, concerts, and a dance in the evening: a fun, friendly atmosphere is guaranteed!
The Program*

Refreshments and food will be available all day, provided by the firefighters’ association, starting at 11:00 a.m. at the Amphithéâtre au Lac.
Activities
- Treasure hunt by the lake, wooden games, balance bikes, spike ball… starting at 13:00 at the Amphitheater by the Lake
- Table tennis tournament, registration at 14:00, meet at the amphitheater by the lake
- Bodyboarding contest, from 14:00 to 15:00 at the water sports center; meet at 13:30 to get your gear. Participants must be at least 135 cm tall; a maximum of 40 people will be accepted. Registration begins at the water sports center on Sunday 9 August (special rate of 10,00€). Space is limited.
Firefighters’ Ball
In the evening, meet at the amphitheater at the lake
- Concert by the Freddy Wilkens duo, from 17:00 to 19:00
- That’s All Folk concert, from 20:00 to 22:00
- Fireworks at 22:00
- DJ set by Electro Gang following the fireworks, from 22:15 to midnight
More Free Shuttle Services
A free shuttle service with increased frequency will be provided for the event.
- During the day, free shuttles allow you to travel between Tignes 1800, Tignes le Lac, and Tignes Val Claret: just take the regular shuttle (shuttle schedule).
- In the evening: Free shuttle buses will also be running during the festival.
