How do I get my card?

Before ordering your My Tignes card, please ask yourself the two questions below:
1. Is my web host a My Tignes partner?
- If your accommodation provider (professional or private) is a My Tignes partner for summer 2026, you’ll benefit from a promotional code. This code is added at the last stage of the purchase process.
If I’m not staying with a “classic” accommodation provider, I contact my landlord to make sure he’s a partner.
2. Do I already have a My Tignes support from a previous visit?
- If you’ve already been to Tignes this summer or in previous years, you’ve probably kept your My Tignes card. It’s of course reusable. You can now enter your card number and order your card online, without having to visit a physical pick-up point.
- If you don’t have My Tignes support, you’ll need to go to a physical point of collection, either to pick up your online order or to buy your card directly from one of our sales outlets.

- Please note for 2026: the Tovière gondola lift will be closed for the entire summer season due to a comprehensive safety overhaul.
