Financial assistance for total property renovation
Properties intended for holiday lettings
For a complete interior renovation of a property intended for rental (tourist or seasonal): 200€ per m² renovated for the first 20 m², then 100€ per additional m², subject to compliance with specifications.
- Subsidies capped at 10 000 € incl. VAT per home. Example: a 30m² property will receive a 5 000 € grant (subject to renewal agreements in 2027).
Properties intended for seasonal rental
Financial assistance for the renovation of a property intended for seasonal rental, subject to compliance with the specifications (new 2027 specifications available shortly).

- From 22 June to 6 September 2026: open Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays), 09:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
