Get help and support for your property renovation project.
Financial assistance for total property renovation
For a complete interior renovation of a property intended for rental (tourist or seasonal): €200 per m² renovated for the first 20 m², then €100 per additional m², subject to compliance with specifications.
- Subsidies capped at €10,000 incl. VAT per home. Example: a 30m² property will receive a €5,000 grant.

Off-season
→ From September 8 to November 21, 2025: open Monday to Friday (closed on public holidays), 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
