General information
When is the Tignes Unlimited Festival?
The festival runs from 25 April to 3 May, with several stages at altitude and in the resort.
Where can I buy tickets?
To buy your tickets, go directly online to https://reservation.tignes.net/.
Tickets can be purchased directly on site, subject to availability.
I’ve bought a ticket: do I have access to all the festival stages?
Only those with a week pass can access all concerts. If you were unable to purchase a week pass in time, you can still buy a pass for each concert individually (while stocks last).
Please note that week passes only give access to the stages and do not give access to other events organized in connection with the festival.
Can children attend the concerts?
Children are admitted to some concerts, but not all. Here are the details:
YES. Children can attend the following concerts:
- Agents Of Time – La Folie Douce Val d’Isère, Saturday 25 April
- Purple Disco Machine – Sommet de Tovière, Sunday 26 April
- Stephan Bodzin – Tovière summit, Monday 27 April
- Shimza – Le Bollin (high-altitude restaurant), Tuesday 28 April
- MoBlack – Le Bollin (high-altitude restaurant), Friday 1 May
Children under 12 can also take advantage of a free ski pass, subject to booking directly on the Tignes Reservation website.
NO. Under 18s may not attend the following concerts:
- Mind Against – Tignespace, Thursday 30 April
- Sara Landry – Tignespace, Friday 1 May
I can’t come to the festival because of a problem: can I get a refund?
NO. Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-resaleable and non-refundable.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
In the event of unfavorable weather conditions for an outdoor concert in the ski area, it will be moved to Tignespace. Information will then be communicated by e-mail, the website and the Tignes app. Stay informed.
What should I do if I am filmed or photographed during my visit to the festival?
The Tignes Unlimited Festival will be covered in photos and videos for promotional purposes. In this context, you may appear in the photos and videos. By participating in the festival, you accept that your image may be used for current and future promotion of the event.
What security measures are in place during the festival?
A security system adapted to the size of the concert will be deployed on site to ensure everyone’s safety. Bags may be searched.
Once on site
Are tickets issued by name at the festival entrance?
YES: all tickets are personal and non-transferable.
Do I need to show my ticket at the entrance?
YES. You will be asked to present the ticket you received with your online purchase. This is a PDF document containing a QR Code that will be scanned at the entrance.

Access and info for each scene
Scène de Tovière
- Concerts from 16:30 to 20:00. Access to stage from 16:00.
- Access is only via the Tovière gondola (Tignes le Lac) between 16:00 and 17:30. The pedestrian pass is included in the ticket.
- After 17:30, it will no longer be possible to take the gondola.
- PLEASE NOTE: access to the Tovière stage via the Tovière cable car is subject to the access conditions set by the STGM.
- Descent possible from 19:30. Descent only via the Tovière gondola.
- All sliding equipment (skis, snowboards, etc.) is FORBIDDEN on site. Access to the stage on cross-country skis is forbidden.
- All outside drinks are strictly forbidden, and access points may be searched.
- Any person found to be intoxicated may be refused access to the lift and will not be entitled to a refund.
- On site: refreshment bar, toilets (please note that the number of accessible toilets at the Tovière summit is limited. Please plan ahead where possible).
- Weather conditions: in the event of bad weather, the event may be moved to Tignespace.
Scène de la Folie Douce
- Concert from 12:00 to 18:00.
- Access via the La Daille gondola or from the slopes for skiers. A pedestrian or ski pass is required and not included in the ticket.
- Return to Tignes: either via the slopes(note: Tommeuse chairlift closes at 17:00), or by shuttle bus from Val d’Isère (check timetable).
- On-site catering, refreshment bar, toilets.
Bollin stage
- Concerts from 12:30 to 16:30.
- Free access via the Bollin chairlift (Tignes Val Claret), or from the slopes for skiers.
- The Bollin chairlift provides free access to the stage for pedestrians.
- The Bollin chairlift closes at 17:10 for the last run.
- Return at the end of the concert via the green Claret slope to the right of the restaurant (the blue Bollin slope will be closed).
- All outside drinks are strictly forbidden, and access points may be searched.
- On-site catering, refreshment bar, toilets.
- Weather conditions: outdoor event subject to change in the event of bad weather.
Tignespace Lounge
- Concerts from 21:00 to 02:00. Doors open at 21:00.
- Access to Tignespace may be subject to searches.
- All outside drinks are strictly forbidden.
- On-site catering, refreshment bar, toilets, checkroom*.
*Checkroom: 2,00€ (credit card only).
Our advice
Traffic and parking
- To get around Tignes, take advantage of the free shuttles that run all day long. More information on the free shuttles.
- Parking in Tignes parking lots is compulsory and subject to a charge. More information on parking lots.
To make the most of your festival
- For outdoor concerts, we recommend that you wear shoes and clothing suitable for snow, as well as sunglasses and sunscreen.
- Check that you have received the e-ticket containing a QR code. If necessary, contact Tignes Réservation(+33 4 79 40 03 03).
- Anticipate the opening of your e-ticket in the queue, and present it quickly for scanning. Please note that there will be a special queue for Week Pass holders.
