Breath control and precision

Behind its apparent simplicity, rifle shooting requires real concentration. To aim properly, you need to know how to breathe, stay still at the right moment and keep your eyes on the target. Each shot becomes a sort of personal challenge. And when you hit the centre of the target… the satisfaction is immediate.

It’s an activity that requires little physical effort, but a lot of inner control. It’s an ideal way to vary the pleasures of an active holiday in Tignes.

Fun and challenge with friends or family

Although younger children (under 7) are not allowed to take part, the activity is great fun in a group. With friends or family, the atmosphere is both concentrated and relaxed. You cheer each other on, tease each other, compare scores… and sometimes you’ll find that your own eyes are (almost) as sharp as those of a biathlete.

It’s also a great option for teenagers, who are often looking for something a little different that combines fun and concentration.

An accessible activity

Open to everyone aged 7 and over, laser rifle shooting is as much for the curious as for the competitive at heart. You don’t need any previous experience: just sit back, listen to the safety instructions, breathe… and try to hit the target. The activity takes place using modern, safe equipment, supervised by attentive professionals. Each session is an opportunity to develop precision, self-control and coordination. It’s a great way to refocus… while challenging yourself!
