Get help and support for your property renovation project.
Financial assistance for total property renovation
For a complete interior renovation of a property intended for rental (tourist or seasonal): €200 per m² renovated for the first 20 m², then €100 per additional m², subject to compliance with specifications.
- Subsidies capped at 10 000 € incl. VAT per home. Example: a 30m² property will receive a 5 000 € grant (subject to renewal agreements in 2026. Waiting list in progress).
