Details of financial assistance for interior renovation
For a complete interior renovation of a rental property: €200 per m² renovated for the first 20 m², then €100 per additional m², subject to compliance with the specifications.

Aid capped at 10 000€ (incl. VAT) per property. Example: A property measuring 30m² will receive a grant of 5 000€.
