Tignes is proud to be one of the ambassadors of the Family Plus Label, which has been a good representation of our commitment to families for many years now. But in concrete terms, what does this mean in the resort?
Would you like to know more? Do you have any questions or complaints? Contact the Famille Plus label!
There are about thirty people in Tignes who are committed to families and have obtained the Family Plus label. This is a permanent commitment by the resort of Tignes to enable each family to have an unforgettable and quality stay. And this throughout their stay in our beautiful resort. As soon as they arrive, each holidaymaker is given a personalised welcome and all the information they need and want is made available to them. The 3 tourist offices, spread throughout the resort, allow you to find the information you need for your stay at any time, and the reception staff will always give you good advice to make the most of your Tignes experience. Are you looking for an activity? A babysitter? The office will be able to answer all your questions, so don't hesitate to drop in on the hosts and hostesses.
Keep up to date with the latest news from the resort via the Tignes application. Check the entertainment programme to find out where the laser biathlon initiation is taking place, or to find out when the latest Disney film will be shown at the Val Claret cinema. You can also find all the practical information such as the shuttle bus timetable and the ski lift timetable. Finally, receive notifications of changes in activities in case of bad weather for example.

In Tignes, it is possible to enjoy the sensations of sliding other than on skis. In the resort, several sledging areas have been set up to allow your children to have fun in complete safety. These areas are also accessible in pushchairs, to the delight of parents!
From the age of 3, you can introduce your children to Snowtubing, a specially designed slope for sliding in a buoy. And for the older ones (from 1m40), try the 3km of the Expedition Cobra sledging run!
If you have forgotten your sledge, you can rent or buy one in one of the sports shops in Tignes.
The Le Lagon water park is also suitable for babies, with a paddling pool heated to 33°C, a mini-toboggan, bubbles and a mini-fall.
