Paddle on Lake Tignes
Are you looking for an activity that is both rejuvenating, athletic and surrounded by nature? Stand-up paddleboarding on Lake Tignes is for you! Accessible to all, this gentle activity allows you to exercise gently while enjoying the Natural Stadium of Tignes in the heart of the Alps.
The ultimate wellness sport
Standing on your board, paddle in hand, you glide silently across the clear waters of the lake. Each movement stimulates deep muscles, improves balance and posture, and strengthens the abs, without rushing the body. A true moment of “zen” sport, perfect for reconnecting with yourself while breathing the pure mountain air.
No need to be an expert! Paddleboarding is ideal for all ages from 15 kg*. Everyone progresses at their own pace: some seek performance, while others prefer to get away from the shore to meditate in nature.
A gentle, accessible activity
On Lac de Tignes, paddleboarding is just as popular with sports enthusiasts as it is with families. Children can paddle on their knees or stretch out on the board, while parents enjoy a little workout. It’s a simple, no-pressure activity that can be enjoyed alone or with friends, for the pleasure of moving in a different way.
And if the water is cool (around 10-15°C in summer), it brings an incomparable feeling of vitality and freshness. Perfect for recharging your batteries! Please note that swimming is prohibited.
Inspiring decor
Paddleboarding here also means contemplating the mountains from a whole new angle. The calm of the lake, the peaks in the background, the reflection of the sky on the water… everything invites you to relax and let go. Special mention should be made of late afternoons, when the light turns golden.
