Two sledging areas have been set up so that your children can have fun and discover the joys of sliding in complete safety. From the igloo village with La Banquise, to the Sledding “Expedition Cobra“, via snowtubing, everyone will find the perfect sledge run for a good moment of relaxation, sharing and fun with the family.

An essential spot for family winter holidays, Tignes is a ski resort with sledging runs suitable for young children. Moreover, to the delight of parents, our sledging runs are also accessible in pushchairs. You can spend an afternoon or an end of day full of emotions with the whole family.

Don’t wait any longer to enjoy the sledging slopes! We invite you to Tignes le Lac for a few runs full of laughter and good humour in a perfect playground. Take advantage of the magical atmosphere of the Great North by visiting the nearby igloo village (La Banquise) where you will find an icy labyrinth and even a curling rink. There is also a safe sledging run for the little ones, from 2 years old. With a gentle slope and a length of about 15 metres, it is ideal for youngsters to discover the joys of sliding, in complete safety.

Because sledging is not just an activity reserved for children, rest assured that older children will not be left out! They too will be entitled to their share of thrills thanks to the Sledding “Expedition Cobra” sports sledging run, ideally located in the heart of the ski resort. From Tignes le Lac, take the Palafour chairlift and enjoy 3 km of sledging run, a 40-metre tunnel and a natural slope line.

For snowtubing enthusiasts, our sledge run on buoys is accessible from 3 years old! Vary the pleasures and enjoy the thrill of sliding with a minimum of effort. Climb to the top of the courses with a conveyor belt and then slide down the track, comfortably installed in a giant buoy.
