A varied offer all year round
For several years now, Tignes has stood out for its ability to organise, host and showcase local and national cultural events through a variety of activities throughout the year.
Tignes regularly hosts exhibitions, either in its dedicated cultural space, Le Panorama, or outside on the lakeside or elsewhere:
- Cultural and heritage exhibitions: a look back in pictures and testimonials at Tignes’ strong past; a look back at the long history of Tignes; a look back at the highlights of its Sports Club; etc.
- Art exhibitions: paintings by well-known local and national artists; participatory artworks organised to mark major events such as the Mountain Shaker; etc.
The resort also hosts a number of cultural highlights and events, including
- The Saison Culturelle (Cultural Season), which takes place every winter and features several dates of cultural shows (comedy, theatre, song, etc.).
- Regular previews at the Tignes La Cabine cinema.
