Reception

Inside the establishment, the reception desk is adapted, with a lowered section, so that it can be approached and used from a wheelchair.

Toilets

Adapted toilets are also available in the entrance hall and are indicated by pictograms.

Changing rooms

Wheelchair access to the establishment’s changing rooms is via adapted motorised gantries. This system is operated by one of the reception staff, who accompanies the disabled person if necessary. All the changing rooms are accessible to both men and women, and 7 out of 27 are accessible to people with disabilities.

Pathways

The interior walkways are wide and free of obstacles for wheelchairs.

Foot baths

All the foot baths, including one for access to the lawns, have a gentle slope and are suitable for wheelchairs and people with reduced mobility.

Adapted sports equipment:
  • Bathing chair: Le Lagon has two bathing chairs adapted to be immersed in the water and move around the aquatic area. Users cannot use their own wheelchair to access the pool: their wheelchair must be left in the changing rooms. Transfers between the pools and changing rooms can be provided by the lifeguards on request.

  • Hydraulic lift: The site also has equipment for getting in the water or helping with swimming: a hydraulic lift that can be fitted to all the pools, including one of the jacuzzis in the Wellness area.
