General nformation
When does the Tignes Unlimited festival take place?
The festival runs from 26 April to 4 May, with 8 stages set up at altitude and in the resort.
Where can I buy my tickets?
To buy your tickets, go directly online: I buy my concert pass.
You can buy your ticket directly at the venue (except for the concert at La Folie Douce), subject to tickets still being on sale.
I've bought a ticket: do I have access to all the festival stages?
Only people with a week pass can access all the concerts. If you haven't been able to buy a week pass in time, you can still buy a pass for each concert individually (while stocks last).
Please note that week passes only give access to the stages and do not give access to:
- Priority access to parties organised in the various partner bars.
- The screening of Laurent Garnier's film ‘Off the Record’ on Sunday 27 April: remember to buy your tickets in advance! Buy your ticket online.
- The brunch organised by Oxygène café on 4 May.
I can no longer come to the festival: can I get a refund?
NO. TICKETS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE. Tickets purchased are non-transferable, non-resaleable and non-refundable.

To make the most of your festival:
- For outdoor concerts, we recommend that you cover up well, bring shoes and clothing suitable for the snow, as well as sun cream.
- Check that you have received the e-ticket for the concert you purchased, which contains a QR code. If necessary, contact Tignes Réservation.
- Anticipate the opening of your e-ticket in the queue so that you can present it quickly for scanning. Please note that there will be a special queue for Week Pass holders.
- Please note that, in accordance with the regulations in force on the Tignes ski lifts, no PRMs or injured persons will be able to access the stages at altitude.
