- BIKE: Pedal and burn calories to the beat.
- BODY BARRE: An all-round muscle-strengthening class for building muscle, toning up and slimming down.
- C.A.F. (Thighs, Abs, Buttocks): Strengthen your thighs, shape your abs and sculpt your buttocks.
- H.I.I.T.: Cross training combining strength, speed and balance. Take up the challenge in a series of workshops.
- STRETCHING: Stretch your muscles after a day on the slopes or in the mountains. Treat yourself to a session of relaxation while gaining in flexibility.
