SAGEST Tignes Développement attaches great importance to privacy. This is one of the reasons why we have adopted a specific policy on confidentiality and the protection of personal data.
We are committed to protecting your privacy rights and ensuring that your personal data is protected.
This personal data management policy details the types of personal data we collect, how we process and protect it in relation to the services we offer.
Data is collected when you carry out your transactions via the digital platforms (websites, terminals) made available by Tignes Développement.
This privacy policy applies to all websites, applications, competitions and any other online initiatives managed by Tignes Développement that collect personal data. Consequently, this policy does not apply to third-party websites, including those that may be mentioned via a web link.
It also reminds you of your rights and how to exercise them with our services.
We maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the personal data you provide to us against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access.

1 – Protection of personal data, confidentiality
No personal information is collected without your knowledge or transferred to third parties.
For statistical purposes, a cookie is placed on the user’s computer. It does not allow identification but records information relating to navigation on the XXXSITE_URLXXXX. website. The main purpose of this cookie is to adapt the site to the requests of Internet users and to measure the audience (number of visits, pages viewed, Internet user activity, frequency of return, etc.). The information collected is kept for six months.
The information requested in the forms on the site may be mandatory (marked with an asterisk*) or optional. It is intended for the departments of Tignes Développement responsible for processing requests. The processing operations carried out are specified and consent is obtained via the forms.
2 – General Data Protection Regulation 2016-679 (GDPR)

3 – Applicable law and jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the use of this website is subject to French law. Consumers may bring proceedings before either one of the courts with territorial jurisdiction under the Code of Civil Procedure, or the court of the place where they were residing at the time the contract was concluded or the harmful event occurred.
4 – Personal information we collect
The personal data collected about you is mainly, depending on your choices and the settings of your device (particularly with regard to cookies): your title, surname, first name, email address, postal address, country, telephone number, payment information (on online sales sites), your connection logs (IP address), connection and browsing data, preferences and interests, products viewed, and the information you provide when you contact us (mainly for archiving purposes).

Recipients
The personal data collected is intended for the internal departments of Tignes Développement authorised to access it.
Where we entrust data processing activities to subcontractors, we only use subcontractors who provide sufficient guarantees that they will implement the appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure that the processing meets the reliability and security requirements of the applicable regulations and guarantees the protection of individuals’ rights. The local authority undertakes to use only subcontractors based in the European Economic Area or in countries recognised by the European Commission as having an adequate level of data protection legislation.
In accordance with the regulations in force, your personal data may be transmitted to authorised third parties (public bodies, judicial authorities, court officials and ministerial officers) by legislative or regulatory provision, in the context of a specific mission or the exercise of a right of communication.
Data retention periods
Tignes Développement keeps data confidential for the time necessary to process it for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the legal time limits in force.
Your data is then archived with restricted access for an additional period for limited reasons authorised by law (legal obligation, litigation, disputes, etc.).

Why do we process your data?
Our top priority is customer data security and, as such, we can only process minimal user data, solely to the extent that is absolutely necessary to maintain the website.
