The screening will be followed by a discussion in the cinema with Charlène Favier, the film's director.

SKI AREA
For reasons of organization and safety in the ski area, lift opening and closing times have been established. Please take these times into account when planning your stay.
At the end of the day, if you are still present at the departure of a lift, our staff will inform you of the approaching closing time. After this time, it will no longer be possible to go up. You will then have to use the buses for your return.
We also ask you to respect our staff, who ensure the smooth running and safety of the resort.
Domaine skiable:
https://en.tignes.net/skiing/safety/preventive-action
The 10 rules of good conduct on the ski slopes :
1- Respect for others: The skier (and snowboarder) must behave in such a way that he/she does not endanger or harm others either by his/her behaviour or by his/her equipment.
2- Control of speed and behaviour : The skier must adapt his speed and behaviour to his personal abilities as well as to the general conditions of the terrain and weather, the state of the snow and the density of traffic. In simple terms, do not go "full speed" down a slope in the middle of a February holiday, especially when the skier in question does not know how to stop. You should ski according to your own means and not want to follow your friends at all costs if they have a much better level...
3- Choice of direction by the one above : All those below the skier have priority. The skier who is upstream (on the side of the mountain) has a position which allows him to choose a trajectory. He must therefore make this choice in such a way as to preserve the safety of anyone below him (on the valley side). As the skier below does not have eyes in the back, it is up to the skier above to be careful not to run into him.
4- Overtaking : The overtaking can be done from above or below, from the right or from the left. However, it must always be done in a wide enough way to prevent the overtaken person from moving. Just as when a car overtakes a cyclist, you must leave some room for the skier you are overtaking.
5- When crossing the slopes or starting out: After stopping or crossing the slopes, the skier must check that he can do so without danger to himself or others. Just like when driving a car.
6- Parking: The skier must avoid parking in narrow passages or without visibility. In the event of a fall, the skier must clear the piste as quickly as possible. Do not stop behind a bump for example. Because if someone comes along quickly, it can cause damage.
7- Going up and down on foot: A skier who is obliged to go up or down a piste on foot must use the edge of the piste, taking care that neither he nor his equipment is a danger to others.
8- Respect for information, signs and markings: The skier must take into account the information on the weather conditions, the state of the slopes and the snow. He must respect the signs and markings. Do not enter a closed piste.
9- Assistance: A skier who witnesses or participates in an accident must provide assistance, in particular by sounding the alarm. If necessary, and at the request of the rescue team, he must make himself available to them. Just as in everyday life.
10- Identification: The skier, witness or actor in an accident, must make his identity known to the rescue service and/or third parties.
SKI AREA:
Follow the opening of the area in real time: consult the “Piste and lifts” section on the Tignes app
Postponed opening of certain lifts and sectors due to safety measures in the ski area. Stay informed via the application with the opening status in the ‘Ski area’ section.
SKI AREA: Brévières/Boisses gondola opening disruption
Brévières gondola = delayed - forecast for around noon
Boisses gondola = delayed - forecast for around noon
Due to the delayed opening of the Brévières and Boisses gondola, additional shuttles are being deployed to transport guests between Tignes 1550 and Tignes 1800 and between Tignes 1800 and Tignes 2100.
Follow the ski area's opening in real time: check the "Slopes and Lifts" section on the Tignes app.
Following the latest heavy snowfalls, which will continue into the evening and tonight, coupled with strong winds at high altitude, we are calling on everyone to be vigilant. The risk of avalanche is high (Risk 4/5) and constitutes a real danger for off-piste skiing in particular. Before going out, remember to check the Avalanche Risk Bulletin (BRA). All the best safety practices
Thank you for your vigilance
Official reopening of the RD902 road between Séez and Tignes - Val d'Isère. Please take care.
Here you will find all the latest information about today's lockdown and the changes expected over the next few hours.
Roads and traffic
Official reopening of RD902 road between Séez and Tignes-Val d'Isère.
Shuttles :
Shuttle service between 7pm and 11.30pm on the entire Tignes 2100 circuit for travel between districts: between the Val Claret roundabout and the bus station.
Weather for Friday night and day
A second wave of snow is forecast overnight, but with light rain and no wind. After 2am, the spell will end and the fine weather will return tomorrow. Isotherm 0 at 1600 metres and cold at higher altitudes.
The heat returns in the afternoon, weakening the snowpack and bringing a sustained risk of avalanches.
Car parks
Please leave your vehicles in the car parks to help with snow clearance and plan your departure from the resort tomorrow.
Pedestrian traffic
The lockdown is lifted this evening and the 2100 shuttle bus will be back in service from 6.30pm to 11.30pm.
For safety reasons, pedestrian traffic between areas remains prohibited.
Access to the lower slopes and the ski area is strictly forbidden. Please stay in your neighbourhoods.
Remain vigilant for snow falling from rooftops.
Shops
Opening of shops within the legal framework in force: normal opening hours authorised to keep shops open in the neighbourhoods.
Ski area
The ski area will reopen progressively tomorrow morning, Friday 18 April, depending on the safety of the ski lifts.
High avalanche risk: please follow the safety instructions and get all the information you need from the professionals in Tignes.
The ski rescuers will carry out avalanche prevention. The opening of ski lifts has been made difficult by the impressive snowfalls in Tignes.
The ski lifts will open progressively tomorrow.
We strongly advise against off-piste skiing, as the risk is still very high tomorrow.
In any case, stay extremely vigilant on the slopes and happy skiing!
Schoolchildren
The Tignes school will reopen tomorrow and school buses to the collège and lycée will be re-established.
Information is updated regularly on the website, the app and social networks. Keep up to date.
Due to the heavy snowfall and the STATION CLOSURE set up today, please note that :
→ Stay at home and stay informed.
By decision of the Mayor of Tignes and in agreement with the Prefecture of Savoie, following the safety commission and the latest weather information:
This arrangement is applicable in all sectors of Tignes 2100, 1800 and 1550 les Brévières.
→ More information to follow. Stay informed
SHUTTLE INFORMATION: SHUTTLE SERVICE DISRUPTION
Due to heavy snowfall, shuttle service is currently suspended pending road safety.
As soon as possible, a shuttle will provide a minimum service between the bus station and the Val-Claret roundabout.
Thank you for your understanding.
You can track traffic in real time on the Zen Bus app.
The road is closed to all traffic until further notice due to significant embankment slides and numerous trees lying across the road, on the Séez route and the Tignes-Val d'Isère resorts. Please be extremely vigilant. We will keep you informed of the reopening.
Ski area information
The bad weather conditions will continue tonight and tomorrow morning (heavy rain/snowfalls).
A safety operation will also take place in the ski area.
This will cause disruptions to the ski lift openings tomorrow morning, Thursday, April 17.
Check the "Slopes and Lifts" section starting tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. to stay informed of the ski area's opening times in real time.
→ Screening this Wednesday 16 April at 20:30, in the presence of director Baptiste Deturche

WEDNESDAY 26 MARCH - 21:00 AT TIGNESPACE
Second date of the Saison Culturelle, Oldelaf and Arnaud Joyet come to the Tignespace auditorium with the show "Opération Bretzel".
To book your tickets, go directly online or onsite tonight.
