Named after the town of Ubud, the home of Balinese craftsmanship, this chalet designed by Guerlain Chicherit is one of GC Kollection’s newest creations. Each chalet is unique, differentiating itself from the sumptuous chalets that you find in the mountains. There is a nod to the mountains (old wood, stone etc.) in each of his chalets, but you feel like you’re somewhere completely different. For 20 years, Guerlain has travelled the world and his travels inspire his current and future creations, each one more surprising that the last. In Chalet Ubud (310 m², 4 floors, 6 bedrooms that can sleep 10 adults and 4 children), 100% of the furniture comes from Bali. Each piece is unique and has been designed by Guerlain and made by Balinese craftsmen and women, such as the monumental 5-metre-long table that sits in the dining room, made from a tree trunk and topped with a layer of glass. Sauna, steam room, hot tub and pool complete this unique gem with panoramic views at the centre of Tignes les Brévières, where calm and luxuriousness reigns.
