Looking for a mountain getaway? Here are the opening dates for Tignes, the ski resort where you can enjoy the pleasures of the slopes. With slopes at an altitude of over 3000 m, you can hit the slopes from November to May, to the delight of snow lovers.

Tignes is back this winter
Winter 2026-2027
From 21 November to 2 May 2027
Winter sports fans are in for a treat! Tignes was one of the first resorts to open in France. The Perce-Neige funicular provides quick access to the Grande Motte glacier, the highest point in the resort at 3656 metres.
In spring, enjoy skiing in pleasant sunshine and soft snow. The resort remains open until early May. During the Easter holidays, the snow cover remains optimal for a guaranteed spring skiing adventure. Ski again and again!
Ski area
Progressive opening of the Tignes ski area from 21 November* and then the link ski area with Val d’Isère from 28 November*.

With the My Tignes activity programme, you can enjoy a wide range of activities for all the family: tennis, mini-golf, archery, lift access, trampolines, etc. The My Tignes card activities start from June (progressive opening of all activity sites).
