> BODY BALL : For those of you who lack stability. Come to this class to find balance and stability.
> BODY SCULPT : Strengthen, tone up and slim down using a variety of equipment and techniques, including dumbbells, elastic bands and exercise balls.
> CAF : Tone your thighs, firm your buttocks and strengthen your abs.
> CORE TRAINING : Abs and back, recentering your essentials for good feeling and harmony throughout your body.

> GYM DOUCE (FRESH) : Ideal class for getting an active body, progress at your own rythm.
> STRETCHING : Relax with soft stretching exercises. A moment of calm.
 

Fitness or weights room: enjoy sophisticated sports facilities to shape your muscles, slim down... or unwind to rousing rythmes!

- Autumn from October 3rd until October 16 and from November 2nd until November 27th included :

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12am to 2 pm (Fitness area only) and from 4pm to 8pm (all areas).

Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 2pm to 8pm (all areas)

- Autumn from October 17th to November 1st included :

Everyday from 2pm to 8pm (all areas).

- Winter from November 28th to May 8th included : 

Sunday until Friday from 11am to 9pm (all areas)

Saturday from 2pm to 7.30pm (all areas).

 

    Weights room:
Rowing machines, exercise bikes, weights presses, dumbbells, barbells, pull-up bars, exercise benches, medecine balls, treadmills... In short: everything you need to keep fit, enven during holidays.
 

Fitness room:
Rather cardio training or bodybuilding ? Multiple lessons adapted to any level are proposed to pamper your body as well as your mind! Our over-motivated coaches know how to let you enjoy a great time, alone or with friends. Find the lessons program below.
